Makeup by Miko – Return, Refund & Booking Policy

Appointment Deposits

A deposit is required to secure all makeup, bridal makeup, hairstyling, and makeup-and-hair appointments.

All appointment deposits are non-refundable in the event of client cancellation or failure to attend, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Deposits are applied toward the total service price and are not an additional charge.

The remaining balance is due in cash on the day of the appointment.

If Makeup by Miko cancels an appointment and cannot provide the booked service, the client will receive a refund of the deposit.

Appointment Changes

Requests to reschedule must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Any transfer of a deposit to a new appointment date requires approval from Makeup by Miko.

Makeup Product Returns

For purchases of physical makeup products, returns, refunds, and exchanges will be handled according to the applicable product return terms and consumer protection laws. Please contact Makeup by Miko for assistance before returning a product.
